We're Back!!

So to post an update, Kristin and I had an amazing wedding and reception and had so much fun going to Jamaica for our honeymoon. We got back in to Tallahassee almost 2 weeks ago and have since been trying to get settled into things in our apt. Thank you so much to all of those that helped make our wedding run so smoothly!!!

 I am still working at the Hampton Inn for a couple more weeks before I take my state licensing exam and then go through training with Northwestern Mutual. I tell you, it just plain sucks that I am subject to whatever schedule my supervisor makes for me at the hotel because I have to keep working to keep the income coming in for us, but I am often scheduled at very inconvenient times, like working weekends and having random weekdays off. I would rather spend the weekend with my beautiful new bride than be working! But God is using this circumstance to teach me patience and perseverance, both of which I defenitely need an abundance of as I have come to realize this more and more in this season of my life!

Married!!

What?!?

So what did I wake up to at 3:40 this morning?

four gunshots.

Where was this noise coming from?

my courtyard behind my apartment.

Am I serious?

yes.

On a lighter note, I am done with exams and graduation here I come! (if I don't get shot first) And even beter, Kristin and I get married in 9 days! whoo!

Craziness!

Life is so hectic and stressful right now! School, work, applying for jobs after I graduate, and preparing to get married are all on my plate right now, but I am so thankful that I have a smart, beautiful, and hard working fiance! She has defenitely done so much for the wedding and has worked so hard to get everything together and planned. Most of the wedding is already planned at this point, we just have to take care of a few small things and pay for whatever we still need to pay for, and pretty much wait until the wedding date. I can't believe that in just over a month I will have graduated and will be married to such a great woman! What an exciting time!

Midterms are almost here. wow. almost half of my last semester in college is over. crazy. time is flying so fast right now. That reminds me, I should send out graduation announcements and get my cap and gown ordered. t-minus 78 days until Kristin and I get married!
